1. Accounts

You must be at least 16 to create an account and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.

2. Payments & refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Online courses are eligible for a 7-day refund window unless otherwise stated. In-person workshops follow venue and supplier commitments; fees may be non-refundable after certain dates.

3. Course access

Online content is typically available for at least 12 months. We may update or remove content to improve quality or comply with legal requirements. Access may be suspended for policy violations or unpaid invoices.

4. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, or infringement of others’ rights.
• No unauthorized sharing of course materials or account credentials.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer services.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, text, and materials are owned by AvanceBloom Collective or its instructors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence unless local law requires otherwise. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations and, if unresolved, through courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
